'VistaPineDune commenced with a singular vision: transporting true Neapolitan pizza to London. The venture, initiated by the Bianchi lineage in 1985, was a quaint familial enterprise, preserving ancestral recipes.
Marco Bianchi, the progenitor, mastered the craft of pizza construction during her Italian sojourns, mentored by renowned pizza chefs in Naples, the cradle of pizza. Once back in the UK, her intent was to emulate authentic Italian pizza, adhering to time-honored techniques and selecting only premium ingredients.
What originated as a modest eatery with merely 12 seats has expanded into a cherished local fixture, yet our dedication to caliber and genuineness has persisted steadfast. We continue employing traditional wood-fired ovens, our dough is prepared afresh each day, and we insist on the most exceptional ingredients available.
In the present day, 'VistaPineDune is still in the hands of its founding kin, with the Bianchi descendants now at the helm of our fervent team. While we have welcomed modern advancements, the essence of our undertaking remains unaltered: forging delectable, real pizza that unites patrons.
